To change the position / order of projects in your portfolio click on the "edit position" button on the right in the toolbar:
The project thumbs will become smaller and each one of your projects will get a drag icon:
Grab a project by the drag icon:
Now drag it to the new position. When you are done redefining the position of your projects click on the "I'm done" button:
That's it, you're done!
